Both options require the teacher's permission before the photo appears publicly. The teacher will receive a private email link after payment. A portion of each photo purchase supports the proposed teacher prize pool.

How winners are chosen: Teachers will be randomly selected from the pool of recognized teachers. Additional thank-yous, photo purchases, and contributions will not increase their chances. One entry per eligible teacher.
What teachers can receive: A $5,000 monthly prize pool is an example, not a guaranteed amount. At that level it could provide one $1,000 monthly grand prize, twenty $50 awards, and one hundred twenty $25 awards, recognizing 141 teachers. The pool will depend on actual funding, so prize amounts and the number of winners may change monthly under the published rules.
How the prize pool is funded: 90% of direct contributions, 10% of photo purchases, and sponsorships help fund teacher gifts. The remaining 10% of direct contributions covers processing and operating expenses. Sponsorship funding will be included if sponsors participate. Direct contributions are not tax-deductible charitable contributions and are never earmarked for one teacher.
Not open yet: No gift drawing is scheduled or accepting entries, and live contribution payments are disabled. Stripe sandbox tests are available to moderators only. Eligibility, official rules, and the drawing process must be finalized before launch.
